Requirements

The following documents are required to take a road test:

Driving lessonsFOR ADULTS

  • Learner’s permit
  • Social Security card / Denial letter
  • Green card/proof of us citizenship/work permit/foreign passport with valid visa
  • Fees

FOR TEENS

  • Learner’s permit
  • Social security card / Denial letter
  • Green card / proof of US citizenship / US birth certificate / foreign passport with valid visa
  • School attendance certificate
  • $10.00 fee
  • ADAP card
  • Certificate for 30 hours of classroom instruction
  • Parent or legal guardian has to be with teen for test
  • Note: If parent or guardian cannot accompany them, they can sign a “Driver Training School Parental Affidavit” so the driving instructor can sign on behalf of them.
